Discounts

Multiple Student Tuition Discount: Families with two or more children will receive a tuition discount for each child as follows: Student in the highest grade level is considered as the first child.
• 2nd child – 5%
• 3rd child – 10%
• 4th child and up – 15%
**Fees are not included. Fees are additional. Only one discount per family will apply.

Military Discount: Active duty military and first responder families will receive a 7% discount on the yearly tuition.

Step 1: Application

Request a packet of information for the application process. Fill out the Student Application and return to Ivy League Christian Academy along with the Application Fee. Make an Interview appointment with the office manager.

Step 2: Interview

You will meet with the Administrator or Principal for a short interview which will include questions about you, your family, and the child/children to be enrolled.

Step 3: Post-Interview Process

Submit the following fees: Enrollment Fee and Book Fee
At the end of the interview, you will also sign a Financial Agreement.

Step 4: All Forms and Documents

  • Read/Download Handbook
  • Parent-Student Agreement
  • Physical Education Consent Form
  • Photo Release Form
  • Transportation Permission Form
  • Field Trip Release Form
  • Student Record Release Form
  • Copy of a current report card and a transcript (High School)
  • Most recent standardized testing information
  • IEP, 504 Plan, etc. if applicable (any special education documentation)
  • Disciplinary Report from current school
  • Birth Certificate (copy)
  • Social Security Card
  • Updated Immunization Record (copy)
  • Custody Agreement (if applicable)
  • Preschool and Kindergarten students will need to submit a copy of an Entrance Physical Form from their doctor
